We know the excitement of waiting for a beautiful saree to arrive — and we want to keep that excitement alive. We've partnered with multiple trusted courier partners across India and internationally to ensure your package reaches the fastest, safest way possible.

Domestic shipping (within India)

All domestic orders — regardless of order value — are shipped via express delivery at no extra cost. Most orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days after shipping. For certain remote PIN codes, delivery may take slightly longer.

You will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. Charges vary by destination and weight.

Delivery timelines depend on the destination country and customs clearance. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order processing

Once your order is confirmed, our team begins preparing your package with care. Processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days before handover to the courier.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Pre-order items have separate timelines noted on the product page.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp — courier partner, tracking number, and a direct link. You can also view tracking anytime under My Orders.

Courier delays

Once a package is handed over to the courier, transit time is not within our direct control. Occasionally, delays occur due to weather, logistical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. SUSHMI Signatures is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, but we're always here to help — reach out and we'll coordinate with the courier for the latest update.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery with photos (if damaged). We'll initiate an investigation and ensure you receive either a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
