Delivery timelines depend on the destination country and customs clearance. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order processing
Once your order is confirmed, our team begins preparing your package with care. Processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days before handover to the courier.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp — courier partner, tracking number, and a direct link. You can also view tracking anytime under My Orders.
Courier delays
Once a package is handed over to the courier, transit time is not within our direct control. Occasionally, delays occur due to weather, logistical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. SUSHMI Signatures is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, but we're always here to help — reach out and we'll coordinate with the courier for the latest update.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery with photos (if damaged). We'll initiate an investigation and ensure you receive either a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
