All domestic orders — regardless of order value — are shipped via express delivery at no extra cost. Most orders are delivered 1–3 business days after dispatch; remote PIN codes may take slightly longer.
You will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. Charges vary by destination and weight, and both a standard and an expedited option are offered at checkout. The rate shown to you at checkout is the rate in these tables — packed weight is estimated at roughly 0.8 kg per saree.

Delivery estimates are counted in business days from dispatch and depend on the destination country and customs clearance. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order processing
Once your order is confirmed, our team begins preparing your package with care. In-stock, unstitched pieces are handed to the courier within 2 working days; optional blouse stitching and fall-pico adds 3–4 working days before dispatch.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp — courier partner, tracking number, and a direct link. You can also view tracking anytime under My Orders.
Courier delays
Once a package is handed over to the courier, transit time is not within our direct control. Occasionally, delays occur due to weather, logistical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. SUSHMI Signatures is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, but we're always here to help — reach out and we'll coordinate with the courier for the latest update.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs — the same window as our Refund & Return Policy. If it never arrives at all, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Either way we'll investigate. Once damage is confirmed, we coordinate the return at our expense, and you choose an exchange for the same or a comparable piece, or a full refund; once a loss is confirmed, you choose a replacement of the same or a comparable piece, or a full refund.
